Subscription Plans

Plan Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you subscribe to our monthly plan and decide to cancel, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied for subsequent months.

  • To cancel your subscription, please contact us at arinqrpro@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.

  • Same for yearly.

Add-On Purchases (3D Models for Menus)

If you purchase an additional 3D model add-on, refund eligibility depends on the status of the model:

  • If the 3D model is already completed and delivered, the payment for the add-on is non-refundable.

  • If the 3D model is still in progress and not yet delivered, you may request a refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the billing cycle has started.

  • Completed 3D model add-ons that have already been delivered.

  • Services that have been fully rendered.
