User: Any individual or business entity that scans a QR code or uses our services.

Customer: A restaurant, café, or business that subscribes to our service.

Content: Includes 3D models, images, text, and any other digital assets provided through our service.

Service Description

AR in QR provides an AR-enhanced menu solution where:

Customers scan a QR code placed on a restaurant/cafe menu.

Upon selection of a menu item, a 3D model of the food or beverage is displayed via the user’s mobile camera.

The service may include additional features such as nutritional information, promotions, or customization options.

User Responsibilities

For End Users (Diners/Patrons):

Must use a compatible smartphone with a functioning camera and internet access.

Should scan QR codes only from authorized sources.

Must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or distribute AR content without permission.

For Business Customers (Restaurants/Cafes):

Must provide accurate menu information for 3D modeling.

Are responsible for ensuring QR codes are correctly displayed and functional.

Must not use the service for illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Account Registration & Subscription Plans

Some features may require account creation.

Customers must provide accurate business details.

Subscription plans may include:

Basic: Limited 3D models per month.

Pro: Unlimited models + analytics.

Custom: Enterprise solutions with premium features.

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (RazorPay, PayPal, etc.).

Intellectual Property Rights

AR in QR owns all software, trademarks, and proprietary technology.

Customers retain rights to their menu content but grant us a license to host and display 3D models.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of AR models is prohibited.

Privacy Policy & Data Handling

We collect minimal data (e.g., scan analytics, device type) to improve service.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We do not store sensitive payment information.

Limitation of Liability

AR in QR is not liable for:

  • Technical issues (e.g., poor internet, device incompatibility).

  • Misrepresentation of menu items by restaurants.

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).

Our liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer in the last 6 months.

Termination & Refunds

Customers may cancel subscriptions with prior notice.

No refunds for partial months unless due to service failure on our part.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

Third-Party Services

Our service may integrate with payment processors, analytics tools, or hosting providers.

We are not responsible for third-party terms or outages.

Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of India, Gujarat.

Disputes will first attempt mediation; unresolved issues may proceed to court.
